Registered in the Philippines and in Honolulu, Hawaii, its goal in 2021 is to expand operations in all the other States to provide the necessary funds , expertise and strategic moves to fight foreclosures , repossessions and evictions.

The Camdap Group Corporation , which stands for Consumers Against Merchants Deceptive & Abusive Practices is also doing business as HELPUFIGHT.COM a for - profit corporation and business that was established for the purpose of investing and funding anybody who has a "potential lawsuit " against any merchant , bank , employer , private lender or any company in the USA  and in the Philippines but cannot afford to pay & retain a lawyer or firm due to the prohibitive costs and sometimes lack of expertise by lawyers in their own case or in their potential lawsuit .
